Mental Health, Addiction, and the Workplace

Participants will understand the impact that mental health and addiction has in the work place and will be able to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental illness and addiction in the workplace. Participants will be provided with community resources to assist an individual in crisis.

Guest speaker Johni Fiber has been in the behavioral health field for almost 15 years serving in a variety of clinical roles. She has clinical expertise in the treatment of addiction, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, and gender and sexuality. Over the past eight years Johni has served in a number of leadership roles, overseeing federal, state, and private grants, business development, and relationship cultivation. She currently serves as the Director of Outpatient Services for Highland Springs Hospital, where she oversees the clinical and operational aspects of the Outpatient office.
