Schedule the Next Meeting!
At the end of your meeting, it is your responsibility to schedule what happens next. When you don’t, you end up either playing telephone tag or agonizing over when to call back because you’re concerned about being pushy.
If you have determined that you can provide your prospect with an immediate solution, schedule the follow-up meeting while you are still together.
If it’s a “not now”, agree on when you should revisit the situation and then schedule a follow-up meeting. In either case, confirm the meeting by emailing a meeting request.
