Introducing New Member Mahoning Property Management

We are happy to welcome Mahoning Property Management, LLC to our membership. The commercial property management company joined the Warrensville Heights Area Chamber of Commerce this January.

Owner Tim Mahon said he was referred to the Chamber by member Wayne Lawrence of Weiss Movers. Mahon was thrilled to join and shared his plans to expand in Warrensville Heights. He is currently purchasing several industrial buildings off Miles Road in the Cranwood Industrial Park.

One benefit Mahon and his team are enjoying is a lowered group insurance policy. He said his company is now saving close to 30 percent on its plan thanks to joining the Chamber.

Mahoning Property Management works closely with commercial entities to create comprehensive, reliable management plans that offer the best work environment and public space, with a focus on maximizing property value and income. The company has managed office buildings, warehouse distribution centers, multi-tenant units, flex spaces, retail locations, investment properties, and government facilities.

Mahoning Property Management is headquartered in Newton Falls, and manages properties across the Warrensville Heights and Cleveland-Metro areas.
