	Topic: How To Promote A Workplace Culture of Fitness Presenter: Joe Vilkoski & Nithanial Decker, EFS Personal Training Everyone has a stake in good health and well being. Employers experience increased productivity and reduced the costs, employee benefits include having a competitive advantage, lower risk of disease and injuries as well as a happier, healthier home life. So promoting a culture of fitness should just make sense to everyone. But who’s responsibility in the workplace is it?  In our session we’ll bring tips and share ideas on how you can  promote a workplace culture of fitness –whether your an employer or employee.
	Topic: What’s a job description? Presenter: Mireille Wozniak-Michalak, Petiole HR, LLC A job description sounds a pretty simple document to create, but that is not the case. A job description is used not only to hire an individual but used to terminate, promote, set goals, set project expectations, raises, promotions, in legal disputes, etc. To create a job description involves not only the manager, but the other members on the team that have that role. What many will find that this opens the opportunity to learn that the company’s current job description is not current or that whatever the manager may believe are the responsibilities, the individuals doing the work may have other opinions.
