This month’s guest speaker is Ron Kaminski, Partner, President of Culture Development Division at Studiothink based in Cleveland, Ohio.

In his engaging presentation, Ron demonstrates how to shock your organization’s culture — In a good way! Ron utilizes the 7 Cornerstones of CultureShoc as a roadmap to intentionally building and branding a high performance culture. His interesting and high energy approach stresses the importance of paying attention to culture while featuring examples, anecdotes and best practices that attendees can begin to implement immediately.

For more than a decade, Ron Kaminski has been helping organizations and leaders build high performance cultures that attract and retain high performers. A graduate of John Carroll University, Ron Kaminski is a driven entrepreneur who in 2003 founded Corporate Quest: a team, leadership and high performance culture development firm that has since merged with Studiothink. Ron is the co-creator of Studiothink’s CultureShoc family of product offerings and is a Certified Self-Management Master Coach and Trainer.

As a consultant and facilitator, Ron has worked with organizations including: Bank of America, Siemens, Thomson Reuters, Charles Schwab and the U.S. Army among many others. He is a trusted advisor to many midsize CEO’s who seek better engage and leverage their human capital.
