Moderator Karen Johnson, President, W.F. Hann & Sons. Karen has over 30 years business experience and is the first female president in W.F. Hann & Sons 110 year history. In her position, Karen manages over 50 employees through their daily operations. She also serves on the current Board of Directors for the Warrensville Heights Area Chamber of Commerce. W.F. Hann & Sons has as been named one of Northeast Ohio’s Top Workplaces every year since 2015.

 

Panelist Robert Kaleal, Owner, Bodies Done Right, LLC. & Health 360. Bobby has over 20 years of experience as a degreed and certified (CSCS) personal trainer. He is the owner of Bodies Done Right, LLC and the Health 360 Wellness Institute. A Cleveland native, Bobby has helped many reach their physical goals. Most notably, Bobby is the strength and conditioning coach for Stipe Miocic, UFC Heavyweight Champion, as a part of the Strong Style Fight Team.

 

Panelist Dr. Dionne Hernández-Lugo, Deputy Project Manager for Kilopower and Manager for FPS Nuclear Launch Approval, NASA Glenn Research Center. Dr. Hernandez-Lugo’s work within NASA targets the development of new innovative technology necessary to make the breakthrough gains in power systems for future space explorations. In her career, Dr. Hernandez-Lugo is the recipient of various awards including the NASA Ambassador Award, two Group Achievement Awards, NASA Harriet Jenkins Fellowship and more. In 2019 She earned the Early Career Achievement Medal and named to Cleveland Crain’s 40 under 40 award. 

 

Panelist Fred DiSanto, Chairman and CEO, Ancora Holdings Inc. Fred DiSanto has been the Chairman since 2014 and CEO of Ancora since 2006. He began his investment career in 1985 with McDonald Investments in Institutional Equity Sales. In 1998 he became the President and COO for Maxus Investment Group. By 2000, Fred joined the Fifth Third Bank’s Investment Advisors Division as the Executive Vice President and Manager. Fred has been a board member, chairman and trustee for numerous organizations such as Case Western Reserve University and the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission
